Helen White is a seasoned jazz vocalist and pianist with three full-length studio albums to her name – two of which feature her original compositions. She’s currently in the studio working on her much-anticipated fourth release: a jazz album that fans have been eagerly waiting for.

A familiar and beloved presence on Winnipeg’s jazz scene, Helen regularly performs at the city’s premier venues and has appeared multiple times as a guest artist with the Winnipeg Jazz Orchestra. Her musical journey has also taken her across borders, with performances at jazz, rock, and pop festivals throughout Canada, the U.S., and the U.K.

Helen holds a Master’s degree in Jazz Performance from the University of Manitoba and a BA (Hons) in Creative Music, Sound Technology, and Performance from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, UK. With over 20 years of experience teaching voice and piano, she remains deeply passionate about nurturing musical talent and sharing the joy of music – both on stage and in the studio.
